Intention: Planning our goals, aim, or purpose, and how we plan to carry them out.
Action: Commitment to fulfilling those intentions which we have set.
Mindfulness: To do what you are doing when you are doing it. Committing to our actions attentively, actively, and to the best of our ability.
Gratitude: Acknowledging the greatness in our lives and for the ability to serve others, above ourselves, on their journeys.
