Principles

Intention, Action, Mindfulness, Gratitude

The four aforementioned words are the guiding philosophy which guide Dr. Soto and are the overall principles he follows in his daily life. In all things we do we must have:

  • Intention: Planning our goals, aim, or purpose, and how we plan to carry them out.

  • Action: Commitment to fulfilling those intentions which we have set.

  • Mindfulness: To do what you are doing when you are doing it. Committing to our actions attentively, actively, and to the best of our ability.

  • Gratitude: Acknowledging the greatness in our lives and for the ability to serve others, above ourselves, on their journeys.
